NOVA COMPETITION TEAM

WHAT IS NOVA?

Nova is designed for dancers who are passionate about growth, discipline, artistry, teamwork, and performance. Our goal is to create a positive, inspiring, and challenging environment where dancers are encouraged to grow not only as performers, but as confident, resilient, and well-rounded individuals.

We deeply value the wellness, health, and longevity of our dancers’ bodies and minds. We believe strong training should be sustainable, balanced, and supportive, not rooted in burnout or unhealthy pressure. Our season structure and scheduling are intentionally designed to allow dancers and families to maintain balance, enjoy life outside of dance, prioritize school and family time, and develop a healthy relationship with training and performance.

While competitions, awards, and achievements can be exciting and rewarding, they are not the sole purpose of our program. We believe the most meaningful success comes from the lessons learned throughout the process — commitment, accountability, discipline, teamwork, work ethic, coachability, and passion for the art form.

We strive to create a culture where dancers feel supported, challenged, and inspired to become the best version of themselves both inside and outside of the studio. Nova is committed to developing not only skilled and passionate artists but also respectful, hardworking, and confident individuals who carry these values with them far beyond the stage.
