MEMBERSHIP WITHDRAWL FORM

The Dance Space offers year-round classes with tuition contracts remaining in effect until the individual withdraws from the program. If you wish to withdraw from THE DANCE SPACE, kindly complete the withdrawal form before the 20th of the month to prevent being charged for the next month's tuition, regardless of your class attendance. This charge is non-refundable. In the event that the withdrawal process is not carried out in accordance with the membership tuition policy, you will be responsible for paying the monthly tuition.
