TUITION POLICIES & INFO

Tuition is withdrawn on the 1st of each month through our auto-pay system.
Tuition payments received later than the end of the business day on the 5th of each month will automatically be charged a $15 late fee on their account. If payment is not received by the 15th, an additional $25 late fee will be applied, and the account will be placed on hold. While on hold, students will not be able to attend classes, rehearsals, or pick up costumes, or participate in performances, until the balance is paid in full. Accounts over 30 days past due will incur an additional 15% charge on the remaining balance.
The Dance Space offers year-round classes with tuition contracts remaining in effect until the individual withdraws from the program. Tuition is NON-REFUNDABLE.

If you wish to withdraw from THE DANCE SPACE, kindly complete the membership withdrawal form before the 20th of the month to prevent being charged for the next month's tuition, regardless of your class attendance. This charge is non-refundable. If the withdrawal process is not carried out per the policy, you will be responsible for paying the monthly tuition.

Tuition is not prorated or refunded for missed classes or studio closings.
THE DANCE SPACE will follow the Charleston County school inclement weather policy. In the event of a weather cancellation, please check our social media for closings. We'll do our best to update you on any closings via the email provided at registration.
If you miss class, you are welcome to join us for a make-up class with any other class of your choice during the session it was missed.
